Pendleton Parks and Recreation would love to help you with your special event. We have several types of facilities available for your use, whether the occasion is formal, informal, a business meeting or a pool party.
Aquatic Center Facility Rental
Aquatic Center Shelters
There are three reservable shelters at the pool (blue, yellow and green), each with a gas BBQ and four picnic tables. The cost is $25 for two hours and $10 for each additional hour. In addition, you can request one of our pre-packaged birthday parties at the Aquatic Center. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, call 541-276-0104 for more information.

Do You Want The Entire Pool?
The Aquatic Center is available for private parties from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. every day during the summer season. It is also available Friday, Saturday or Sunday from 9 a.m. to Noon. Hourly rates vary depending on the number of guests - rates below. Call 541-276-0104 for more information. Special rates and packages available for business rentals.

Parks and Ball Fields Rentals
Parks
Many of the parks in Pendleton have covered shelters that are an ideal place for events from informal picnics to family reunions and weddings. Most shelters have electricity available, with Grecian Heights and the Union Pacific Shelter exceptions. To check date availability or to reserve a shelter call Parks at 541-276-8100.
Ball Fields

Ball fields are located at Pendleton Community Park and GrecianHeights South Park.Softball fields are available for non-profit organizations and groups. Field rental is $20 per field for four hours. If field lights are used, there is a $5 per hour fee. |

Recreation Center Rental
Give us a call for help planning your special event. Think about the Recreation Center when organizingthat next famly reunion or corporate party. We can set up a sports challenge in the gymnasium, like dodgeball or basketball, and then the party can move downstairs to the Foundation Room for food and beverages. Lots of fun for everyone!
Foundation Room
The Foundation Room is located beneath the Helen McCune Gymnasium at 510 SW Dorion, on the west end of the City Hall/Library complex. Its large, open room with electric fireplace is an ideal place for meetings, receptions or special events. It also features a bar area and kitchen.

Helen McCune Gymnasium
Rent the gymnasium for sports practice, birthday parties, or other events. Contact Recreation at 541-966-0212 for reservations. You'll find the gymnasium at 510 SW Dorion, on the west end of the City Hall complex.

Vert Auditorium, Club Room and Little Theater
Vert Auditorium

The Vert Auditorium is located at the east end of the City Hall/Library complex. The auditorium seats 800 and has a 40' x 34' stage. It is the home of the Oregon East Symphony and Kiwanis Kapers, as well as many other community events. All Vert reservations can be made by calling Parks at 541-276--8100.

Vert Club Room

The Vert Club Room entrance is downstairs on the 4th Street side of the Vert Auditorium. The room is 74' long x 36' wide with a fireplace and access to kitchen services. It is a versatile space that can be used for a wide variety of events, from meetings to receptions. All Vert reservations can be made by calling Parks at 541-276--8100.

Vert Little Theater

The Vert Little Theater entrance is downstairs on the 4th Street side of the Vert Auditorium, and the room is across the hall from the Vert Club Room. The space is 40' long x 37' wide with a with a stage area of 14' x 37' and the room has access to kitchen services. A little more casual than the Club Room, it still provides plenty of function for your event. All Vert reservations can be made by calling Parks at 541-276--8100.
